Founders of Therapon:
Founders of Therapon: Dr. Paul & Jeri Carlin
​Dr. Paul created Therapon and spent his life doing prison ministry. For over 40 years he worked on perfecting this program. Him and his wife passed to glory in early 2020, but not before entrusting Therapon to Lance & Constance Brown. Paul worked with Lance to ensure Therapon continued with integrity. Lance & Constance are committed to continuing/growing everything the Carlin's started. The core of Therapon remains intact and will continue long into the future.

Next Generation:
Lance and Constance have decades of Ministry experience. They have been working together
for many years, long before they were married in 2018. Lance was incarcerated for many years and while incarcerated he came to accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. God has given Lance a unique testimony which he uses to connect with the men and women in prison.
Incarcerated individuals will listen to Lance because he can effectively relate to them and tell them how to live victoriously for Christ in prison, and hopefully on the outside for some. It’s this living victoriously for Christ that is the key to Therapon’s success. Men learn to change their beliefs and change their lives to conform to the life of Christ.
In their early 60s, Lance and Constance are ready to begin the next phase of their lives with a
fervor! They are both on fire for the Lord and ready to serve as He directs. Lance and
Constance live a humble life in the country in an area that is central to many, many prisons.
Countless miles are spent each week driving to the various prisons they minister at. They have developed deep connections with men and women all over the state and feel privileged to share the love of Christ with.
